1 Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to jj10. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") are entered into between you ("Player", "User", "you") and jj10 ("jj10", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at jj10.app. By accessing, registering on, or using the jj10 platform in any capacity, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

The jj10 platform is intended exclusively for adults. To register and use jj10, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

3 Account Registration & Security

Each player may hold only one (1) registered account on jj10. Opening duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being permanently closed and balances forfeited. jj10 uses technical and manual checks to identify multiple account holders.

When registering your jj10 account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Pakistan, and a valid contact number. You are obligated to keep this information updated at all times.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jj10 login credentials, including your username and password.
• You must not share your account credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• Any activity carried out through your jj10 account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility until you notify jj10 of unauthorised access.
• jj10 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account for additional security.
• You must notify jj10 support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

jj10 supports deposits and withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following verified payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Crypto. All transactions are processed in PKR where applicable, and no foreign exchange conversion fees are applied by jj10 on PKR transactions.

• Minimum deposit amounts apply per payment method and are displayed at the time of deposit. jj10 reserves the right to amend these minimums at any time.
• Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to your jj10 balance within seconds of confirmation.
• Bank transfer deposits via HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank may take up to one (1) business day to reflect, depending on the sending institution's processing times.
• Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for the deposit wherever technically possible.
• jj10 reserves the right to apply identity verification (KYC) checks before processing any withdrawal request.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to a processing period of up to three (3) business days. In practice, most withdrawals are processed within 24 hours.
• jj10 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The payment method you use to deposit must be registered in your own name.

5 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

jj10 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing Pakistani players, including welcome bonuses, reload offers, cashback deals, free spins, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms, which are published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

• All bonus funds carry a wagering requirement that must be met before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. Wagering requirements are stated clearly on each promotion page.
• Bonuses are valid for the period stated on the applicable promotion. Unused bonuses expire automatically upon the stated deadline.
• jj10 reserves the right to withdraw, alter, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, and per device. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus more than once using different accounts constitutes bonus abuse.
• jj10 reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds if it determines that a player has abused or attempted to abuse the bonus system.
• Certain games may be excluded from wagering requirement contribution or may contribute at a reduced rate. These exclusions are stated in individual promotion terms.

6 Betting Rules & Game Conduct

All bets, wagers, and game rounds placed on jj10 are subject to the specific rules applicable to that game or market, in addition to these general Terms. By placing a wager on jj10, you confirm that you understand the applicable rules and accept the stated odds, RTP, or house edge as applicable.

• All bets are final once confirmed. jj10 does not allow cancellation of confirmed wagers except in cases of obvious technical error attributable to jj10's systems.
• jj10 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed at manifestly incorrect odds resulting from a pricing error, system fault, or data feed failure.
• In the event of a technical fault during a live casino game or sports bet that renders the round incomplete, jj10 will apply the relevant game provider's or sport's governing rules to determine the outcome.
• PSL, international cricket, UFC, and all other sports betting markets are governed by the specific sport's official rules and jj10's sportsbook rules, which are published separately.
• Winnings from certified slot games and live casino tables are calculated and paid automatically by the game engine. jj10's records of game outcomes are final.
• jj10 reserves the right to impose maximum bet limits, maximum win limits, and stake restrictions on any player, market, or game at its sole discretion.

7 Prohibited Conduct

jj10 maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards the following forms of conduct. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will face immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to the relevant authorities where required.

• Opening more than one account on jj10, or assisting another person to open a duplicate account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using software, bots, algorithms, scripts, or any automated means to interact with jj10's platform.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or pricing mistakes on jj10 for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games, poker, or any other multiplayer game on jj10.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring, or any other financial crime using jj10 accounts.
• Accessing jj10 while subject to a self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or any exclusion measure imposed by jj10.
• Conducting charge-backs on legitimate deposits after receiving services or using funds on jj10.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jj10 staff, agents, or other players in any manner.

8 Responsible Gaming

9 Intellectual Property

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any jj10 content without prior written authorisation from jj10.

10 Limitation of Liability

• jj10 makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may temporarily interrupt service.
• jj10 is not liable for any loss or damage caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including internet service failures, power outages, or third-party payment processing delays.
• In the event of a genuine technical error that results in an incorrect payout, jj10 reserves the right to correct the error and reclaim any incorrectly paid funds, regardless of when the error is discovered.
• jj10's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Suspension & Termination

jj10 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within a reasonable time period.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or financial crime.
• Receipt of a charge-back request from a player's payment provider.
• Regulatory requirement or direction from a competent authority.
• Reasonable suspicion that the account is being used by or on behalf of a person under the age of 21.

Upon account closure for breach of these Terms, jj10 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance. Where account closure is initiated by jj10 for non-breach reasons (e.g., regulatory change), any verified balance will be returned to the player via their last used payment method, subject to applicable withdrawal processing times.

You may request closure of your jj10 account at any time by contacting live chat support. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within five (5) business days.

12 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations applicable to jj10's operating licence. In the event of any dispute between you and jj10 arising out of these Terms or your use of the platform, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through jj10's internal complaints procedure.

• These Terms shall be interpreted in the English language. Any translation provided for convenience does not affect the interpretation of the English-language version.
